We do not give refunds or accept cancellations. Once you purchase an item you accept the conditions on our return policy. Refunds are only given if there has been a mistake on our part, or we are unable to ship the item purchased.

1. You may return your dress for an exchange of size or style , or a gift certificate within 7 days of receipt of goods. A $18.00 restocking fee applies to returns and exchanges.

2. In the event of a manufacturing defect, Raspberry Beret will pay for any shipping charges incurred for exchanging the same style and size of dress. You have 7 days from receipt of your gown to return the dress for an exchange. Contact us first to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Any dresses returned to us without a Return Authorization Number will be refused.

Once you receive your Return Authorization Number you will need to display it on the outside of the box and dispatch the dress to Raspberry Beret at the following address:

We will not accept dresses that have
1. Stains (i.e. make up, grass stains, etc)
2. Show evidence of wear.
3. Any alteration mark(s)
4. Smells like cigarette smoke
The gown will immediately be returned to the purchaser C.O.D. All gowns returned must have the original tags still attached to the gown/zip or they will not be accepted under any circumstances.

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend you use the size charts to ensure proper fit. Please use the instructions to take your measurements and order your gown in the correct size according to the gown number and size chart.

Raspberry Beret reserves the right to refuse merchandise returns. Any dresses returned not in original condition will be sent back to the purchaser C.O.D.
Returned merchandise must be shipped back to Raspberry Beret within 5 days of receipt.
Any dress(es) shipped to Raspberry Beret after the 7-day period has expired will be refused.

replacement dresses will not be shipped until the original dress(es) is/are received and inspected.

Our hats and beaded coats are custom made for you as purchased, hats may not be returned ! Coats may only be exchanged for merchandise already in stock.

All Sales are final on Jessica McClintock gowns,and custom made gowns, exchanges will only be considered in the event of a manufacturers defect. This is Jessica McClintocks agreement with us , so measure carefully before you buy.

Boots are custom made for you as ordered,all sales are final on boots! we suggest you try on some boots locally that are similar to the style and heel you want first to determine your boot size.
